Products in development may change or break. Don't store critical data in early-access products yet.
By accessing or using any Kletap Labs website, product, or service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers — including waitlist signups and early-access participants.
Kletap Labs is an independent AI product studio building practical AI-powered applications for everyday users. Our portfolio includes CardifyMe (live), with additional products in development, along with future products released under the Kletap Labs name.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services (or older where required by local law). When you create an account or join a waitlist, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to: (a) misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Services; (b) use the Services for any illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing purpose; (c) upload content you don't have the rights to; (d) attempt to access other users' data; (e) overload, probe, or scrape our systems; or (f) use our AI features to generate content that violates the rights of others or applicable laws.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to our Services (cards, photos, prompts, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Kletap Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and use that content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Services to you. Kletap Labs, the Kletap Labs logo, and all product names are trademarks of Kletap Labs. The Services themselves — including code, design, and content we create — are owned by Kletap Labs and protected by intellectual property laws.
Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate content, recommendations, and insights. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for any decision — especially decisions involving health, finance, safety, or legal matters. Kletap Labs does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated output.
Products marked "In Development", "Beta", or "Early Access" are provided as previews. They may change, break, lose data, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Do not rely on early-access products for critical or irreplaceable data.
Some Kletap Labs products include free tiers and paid features. Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies for each product are described inside that product. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases. We may change pricing at any time, with notice for active subscriptions.
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g. authentication, payments, AI providers, analytics). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these terms, abuse the Services, or for legitimate business reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Kletap Labs does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI output will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kletap Labs, its founders, employees, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Kletap Labs harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damages — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date below and, for material changes, provide additional notice (in-product, by email, or on the website). Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Kletap Labs, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Services will be resolved in the competent courts having jurisdiction over Kletap Labs, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
